Enterprise
Negotiated access for teams running this in production.
The same OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with limits, access and billing set in a contract. Nothing on this page charges anything or starts a subscription.
Negotiated limits
Requests per minute, monthly tokens and concurrency are set for your workload instead of a published tier, and reviewed as usage changes.
Team access
More than one person needs the console. Roles separate who administers the account from who issues keys and reads usage.
Contract billing
Invoiced terms rather than a card on file, with the billing period and payment terms agreed in the contract.
Dedicated support
A named route for issues, with the escalation contact agreed at signing rather than a shared queue.
Enterprise at a glance
What is fixed about Enterprise, and what is agreed per contract.
Negotiated access, controls and support for larger teams.
- Custom quotas and rate limits
- Team access
- Contract billing
- Dedicated support
Enterprise has no published price and no self-serve checkout. Terms are agreed in a contract before anything is billed, and the account is provisioned afterwards.
How an engagement runs
From enquiry to provisioned access.
- 1. Send the enquiryThe form composes an email from the fields you fill in. Include the models and rough volume so the first reply is useful.
- 2. ScopeLimits, model access, team roles and the billing arrangement are agreed with the team, along with a start date.
- 3. ContractTerms are signed. Nothing is charged before that, and no card is collected on this site.
- 4. ProvisioningThe account is created with the agreed limits, and keys are issued from the console under the same API endpoint as every other plan.
Useful to mention
It shortens the first reply.
Do not send API keys, customer prompts or payment details in the enquiry. There is nothing to verify with them at this stage.

Filling this in opens your email client with the message prepared. Nothing is submitted to this site.
